Brooke Billingsley is a business entrepreneur, author and professional speaker who engages audiences nationwide with her witty anecdotal style of “telling it like it is.” She has been co-founder and acting Vice President of Perception Strategies, Inc., a healthcare mystery shopping and customer service firm, since 1999.
An innovator, she and her husband created a new training game, “Keep the Customer” used as a management tool to inspire and spark great customer service delivery in employees. Brooke co-authored a new customer service book available on Amazon entitled, Turn Your Customer On, 23 Ways to Motivate Employees and Make Your Customers Love You.
